Five minute writing One:
She is a
black ball of fur, my best little friend. She is full of never ending energy
and always has a goofy little doggy smile on her face. Sunshine is her name a
small black dog found in the woods wondering all alone. Now she is a happy
little dog who has taken over my little house. She is a comedian always trying
to find a way to make you laugh and she pretty much always succeeds. This
little creature also loves her walks so much that you can’t even say the word
around her or she will whine until she gets her what she wants.
Five Minute Writing Two:
The wind is blowing and it is whipping my hair around. I
sigh as I try to keep my hair in place. Nature is the enemy of my everyday
hairstyles. From the annoyance of the humidity and the rain, my hair will never
be the same. But I love nature, I love seeing it from a hotel room or even in
those bio domes. I feel like you can really become in touch with nature through
the many national geographic and discovery shows. You can experience nature at
it fullest with your wonderful HD TV. It is almost like you can reach out and
touch the rain drops falling from the tree leaves, but you can’t.
Five Minute Writing Three:
Fashion, it
is a studio of design. Where you can let your mind explore the beauty of the
human body, and basically design artwork for the body. Fashion is my love in life, looking, seeing
and touching clothing always seems to bring out my creative side. I also love
looking back at the fashion of the past and seeing the brilliance of human
creation, a creation that I believe has a very positive effect on our cultural
world. Also to see a culture though their dress is very intriguing as well. In
my studio I will be able to design and make the fashion of the future, I as a
designer have a chance to affect the world at the cultural level. Fashion is a
great part of who I am.
Five Minute Writing Four
A project that I am working on at the moment is a skirt of my own design. First I started out with the design having tucs at the top and pleats at the bottom front of the skirt. When I was finish mocking up the skirt I realized that it was quite ugly, not at all what I have pictured. So I went bak to the drawing board and started over again. I have to say the second time around was much better, because instead of doing tucs I changed it into darts and also made the pleats smaller. The end product was much more flattering then the one before it. Thought now that I have the mock up done and finished I now have to hand it of to another person and they will be finishing the skirt. I would like to be the one to finish the project but i am still really excited to see the end product.

Five Minute Writing Six:
the holidays may not be my favorite time of the year or even the most wonderful time of the year. But I have to admit thats the smells of the slightly burnt turkey and the corny christmas music has enticed me into enjoying the festivities. Not to mention all the bake goods, and most importantly the making of the gingerbread house. My favorite part of the christmas season is finding ways to give back to the community, whether it is though giving a present or volunteering my time. Another important thing is spending time with your sometimes hard to handle but you still love them family.
